image.png  Project Background and Challenges

In a wind power plant of the Xinjiang Branch of China Three Gorges Corporation, due to the vast area of the plant, to avoid missing calls from the dispatch center, it is necessary to have simultaneous ringing on devices at both the plant and the centralized control center. Additionally, the centralized control center needs to accurately identify the caller's identity to shorten emergency response time.

Desview has upgraded the original voice system by not only replacing a batch of visual IP phones but also specially designing a new-generation converged communication system that provides intelligent routing functions and a visual caller interface.

Save Human Resources

The HWD-IPPBX is used to establish a telephone network, enabling free calls between extensions within the network via short numbers, which significantly enhances communication timeliness and convenience.

Personnel at the central station can initiate broadcasts to any or all sites with one click, quickly issuing dispatch instructions.

Easy Remote Management and Control

It supports remote management, allowing easy management of all power plant hosts and terminals from the centralized control center.

Analog dispatch telephones at each power plant are connected to local devices, enabling dispatch calls from monitoring sites to be directly routed to the center via the network for unified answering by central personnel.

Visual Caller Interface

Easy to operate and simple to use, with low learning costs ensuring normal voice communication for each power plant.
