Set up a visual dispatch desk and dispatch telephone at the station's customer service center as a command system to centrally manage the emergency call and intercom terminals in various public areas of the station. Install emergency call and intercom terminals at the platform, concourse, and entrances/exits of the station for passengers to contact the customer service center or station duty staff in case of emergency. When the customer service center receives an alarm or request for help from passengers, they can use the visual dispatch desk to view the video from the emergency intercom terminal in real-time to quickly assess the situation, determine the condition of the person raising the alarm, and promptly coordinate with relevant departments, such as nearby hospitals, to provide necessary assistance to passengers in a timely manner.
