The broadcasting center is located in the main control rooms of provincial, city, and county broadcasting stations, where a unified management of broadcasting terminals at the village level is achieved through the broadcasting control host and dispatching telephone, realizing functions such as single-point or group timed broadcasting, music broadcasting, emergency broadcasting, and loudspeaker broadcasting. City leaders can make broadcast speeches by connecting a microphone to any computer in the system. Combined with the video surveillance system, emergency broadcasting can be triggered when urgent situations occur.
