HWD Self-service Vending Machine Intercom Solution

At the Cloud Service Center, a visual dispatch console is configured, allowing one to two customer service personnel to monitor and manage multiple self-service vending machines. When customers encounter difficulties with the self-service vending machine (such as a stuck product),they can press the help button to seek assistance from the staff. If the self-service vending machine is vandalized, it triggers an acoustic and optical alarm and pushes the alarm information to the service center; upon receiving the alarm information, the service center can use the intercom to deter the vandals with an intimidating announcement.
